Withdrawing from AIB Account with An Post

Hi All, Im waiting for a check to clear in my account, however it may be tomoro before it clears. My bag was stolen earlier in the week & new card hasnt arrived yet. Does anyone know if i can withdraw from my account in the post office with NO card but full account details?

AFAIK you need your card.
