Hi, I have a couple of small patches that I need to take care of, to give you an idea please see the 2 pictures attached patch 1 & patch 2. My question is when is the best time to do this job and also I was wondering if this product will do the job....…

My other question is how can I get rid of this weed that is growing up in different areas of the lawn, please see picture A.
