Removing a roof aeriel

Anybody recommend someone who could take down an old MMDS aeriel from a roof on a two storey house? It's no longer used (have Sky now) and is ugly and noisy in the wind. Plus...when I have it down, any ideas what to do with it? Recycling possible? I assume it's aluminium or similar. Cheers.

If its a MMDS aerial, it belongs to UPC. Give them a call and they will take it down.
