Anyone missing a budgie in Clondalkin

really really long shot but I work in Grange Castle in Clondalkin and there is a healthy looking blue budgie around our building. I am on the 2nd floor and we can't open windows here (they physically don't open)so if anyone is missing this bird please PM me. My heart is breaking here as I can't help and he is not giong to…
