    hi i have a prepay meter which i buy tokens for i recieved my bill & i am in credit for a good amount ,is there a way that i can claim the money back so i can put it towards a new electric cooker . thanks (just want to know where i stand on this )

    Hi kline64,

    Yes, we refund credit in the form of a cheque. If you private message us your Electric Ireland account number (advising us that you are the account-holder) and your name/address/telephone number, we will have a look at your account tomorrow morning.
