Clamped - no 13 digit immobilisation number

As the title says, got clamped (my fault) but someone has moved the slip usually under the windscreen wiper that has the 13 digit code to get it released. Tried calling Dublin City Car Parking Service (dsps.ie) and just get an automated system with no way of speaking with anyone. Any ideas?

Is there any signage nearby warning people that if they park there, they will be clamped? That may have the name of the clamping company on it and a phone number to call.

no unfortunately not. It's a loading bay 19.00 to 07.00 outside our house. We couldn't get parked anywhere else because of the parade and were later than usual leaving for work so we missed the deadline. It's city council clampers afaik

I've got a phone number but there's no one to speak to, it's all automated. Bit worried that it's going to get towed.

Ring the council switchboard, should be able to find a human to talk to.
