Planning permission Advice in meath, whos best to talk to?

    Hi, have a house in the meath area that needs full refurb
    who is best to ask on what exactly i can do to existing property without changing planning or if i wanted to expand what could i realistically apply for

    Any architect/architectural technician, or any civil engineers or building surveyors who do residential design. Check around with people you know who've done a similar project and see who they hired. Then get quotes off similar companies in the surrounding area.

    They'll be able to give you advice, work out a design, tell you if you need planning permission etc.
