    i have just made an online payment, and when i entered my personal details in the 3d secure i was told they did not match what is on record.  Don't understand why?

    Hi fionaoriordan,

    Thanks for contacting us here on Boards.ie.

    This can happen if you have entered an incorrect detail to what is registered on your credit card account. 
    If you call our Credit Card Services team on 1890 251 251 and select option 1 then option 3 for 3D secure, a representative will be happy to help you with this.
