The more I think about it, the more I reckon Leinster won't bother going all out. I can't imagine MOC will want a high intensity balls to the wall match where his lads will end up tired or injured before the match against an in-form Toulon

Jaysus lads. There is no need for such a long build-up to a match with such a foregone conclusion...

I don't know about that. Munster have a pretty good record against touring international sides.

Hopefully I can handle the excitement...

Man, I've been to more Leinster / Munster games than I can even remember, and I ALWAYS blow my load before the game even kicks off....

....which is annoying because there's no ATM's in the stadium.

That may be so but this isn't a touring international side. It's being played in Dublin in the Aviva. That's Ireland's home ground.

Can't wait for the Munster selfie when they win. This is going to be #epic!

It's a chance for some of the fringe international players, on both sides, to show what they can do against the 6 Nations winners and in front of the 6 Nations winning coach. Maybe some of them believe Ireland would have done even better if they had been playing..... that's the attitude I want to see anyway.

For Munster you've got Killer and Cronin in great form, is there really that much between them and Jack McGrath? You've got Donnacha Ryan who would seemingly have lost his place to Devin Toner... he surely has a point to prove in a straight match-up. TOD started on the bench but lost that position, many thought he'd rotate with Henry...... you've got Keatley/JJ who surely have some sort of international ambitions in the future. Then Zebo obviously, lots of talk about his absence from the international squad... and then Earls, who would have been a starter had he stayed fit. Trimble certainly took his opportunity with 2 hands, can Earls fight his way back?

Then for Leinster... I mean Cronin surely wants to start for Ireland, and he's got to beat out Strauss on 2 fronts aswell. Ross had a brilliant 6 Nations, there was talk of Moore over-taking him, and if Moore plays, he'll want to show he's definitely better than Archer at least. Mike McCarthy will have a tough job getting back into an Irish 23 with all the competition at 2nd row- POC, Toner, Ryan, Tuohy, Henderson...... Then you have Ruddock & Murphy, both who featured on the bench, they'll want to go one step further, push ahead of POM or Henry.... even hold onto their bench spot and a Leinster starting place. Reddan at 9 impressed a lot, some people saying he's better than Murray... Madigan only got 1 bench slot during the 6N, he'll want to get ahead of Jackson and make sure he stays ahead of someone like JJ. Then McFadden, behind Dave Kearney and Trimble but excellent from the bench... he'll want to out-perform the likes of Zebo and Earls to show he's at least 3rd choice, if not better.

Without question Zebo will post several selfies, at least 6 of which will be during the actual game, but I doubt that's an indication of winning.

I wonder if Zebo and Murray would even travel to the game if the K club closed its doors for the night? No doubt Zebo will want to be seen pulling up in his roofless convertible and have it driven away by his driver. Last time the taxi drivers went mental while Zebo blocked Harcourt street posing for photos in his sports car for the Krystle que.

You ever driven in the city centre on Thurs, Fri, or Sat night?

It's like a WW2 Battle of Britain dogfight with all the Taxi's flying in from all over the place. There's just so many of them!

Same, stupid price. You could get tickets for the 6N and AIs for less.

    Prawns. Gas.

The fact that it's almost a sell-out would seem to indicate they got the pricing about right.

You could get tickets for this cheaper too. Tickets started at 17.50 and worked their way up.

It's just that the only tickets left start at 55

Personally, I would, but it depends on who he wants to start in Toulon. Whoever starts against Munster will start in Toulon.

It's risky, but I just think post Irish camp, Mad-Dog will be raring to go, with a bit of Josephication, he may regain his 2013 player of the year form.

I just don't think he likes Madigans unpredictability, I'd imagine it will be Goperth for both as he suits the tactics more.

Leinster offer plenty of value prices throughout the season .

You just need to keep an eye out .
There will be thousands there next week who paid less for a family ticket than you'd pay to see Shamrock Rovers.

The prawn sandwich thing is basically bollocks.

After watching D'arcy on Second Captains this thread and its timing seem rather fitting. He didn't mention the Zebre game at all and only spoke of the Munster game as Leinster's next :D

Earls is back training, If he plays at the weekend he has a great chance of starting against Leinster. A backline of Murray, Keats, Zebo, JJ, Laulala, Earls & Jones would do very nicely indeed.

Against Reddan, Madigan, D'Arcy, BOD, Fitz, Kearney/Kirchner, Kearney. Should be a great contest. Irish rugby looking very healthy!

Has anyone ever sat in level 4 in the Aviva (the corporate level) ?

What's it like? Been in premium level - more comfortable seats and less queues at the bar but I imagine corporate is better again?

Been to a few games at corporate level (mate works for Fexco and gets tickets). It's alright for a treat but I would prefer to be in the thick of the crowd. It is nice to have your drink brought to you though, and depending on the box you could get some decent grub.

It being packed with D4 types is a myth. The majority of people I sat with were regular people who just had good jobs and got access to tickets through their companies. Having said that, this was only for Ireland internationals. Ive never been to a game involving Leinster at corproate level in the Aviva, just Thomond, which is a very interesting experience :D

Also the one time I sat at premium level in the Aviva I found it to be a nightmare getting drinks at half time. But maybe thats changed.

Yeah I was at a wine n dine VIP thing at the Cardiff quarter final a few years back, and it was a nightmare getting a drink at half time as it was like a bar rather than those drink outlets that poor gallons of pints in seconds.

However, the free bar afterwards made up for it.

    I'm not sure it's a corporate box.

Looking on ticketmaster they only sell tickets for level 4 for the South stand. The east and west don't even show up on their system - not even showing as sold out but just not there at all.

I guess the south stand level 4 goes on general sale for non-Ireland games. The ticket price is the same as level 3 so I doubt there is waiters or good food.

I ended up paying 60 quid for a ticket....well I said to a mate about getting tickets and for him to check into it...so he just went and bought the ticket:P

Been to all of the games in the Aviva so far....atmosphere can be terrible....usually a crowd of people just in for a match before hitting the town and of course you will get 10-20 lovely laddies all kitted out in there clubbing gear and then moaning like f**k the whole way through the game because they are frozen!! then walking up and down 20 times to the bar and back down to complain because they are still frozen!!!! "loooike can we not go" after the match has just kicked off:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

But sure it is all good crack! could be a better atmosphere this time just based on it been BOD's potential last match in Aviva v Munster

No point whatsoever putting either of your best 2 wingers at fb, it's just a waste of their attacking talent. Jones is a cracking fb & shows it constantly in the big games. If he's fit, he starts.
