Hi just looking for some feedback about family camping area at electric picnic. I have three kids aged 10, 7 and 5 hoping to bring them for the wkend this year. Any recommendations or advice from previous picnicers would be great . Thanks

Your best bet is to go to the search bar in Boards.ie and trawl through previous EP threads from the last few years, might give ya a better idea anyway.

    What to expect:
A secure camping area that is strictly off limits to those without children.
A very nice atmosphere on the site and plenty of space.
Easy access to the family car park and the Soul Kids area.
A long walk into the thick of things.

    What not to expect:
Good food or coffee. You will have to go further in for that.
Quiet. It's not! Campers are of course quiet at night, but the music doesn't stop till 3-4am. It's loud. Bring earplugs.

All the rest (the messiness after a certain time in the arena etc) you probably know if you've been before. It's our third year going as a family, and we love it.

    See you there! :-)
