I can't recommend a counselor, but I'd recommend to contact jigsaw. They'll be able to point you in the right direction.

Try PROCONSULT on Cookes Corner. Very highly recommended but can be hard to find a slot. Extremely reasonable rates.

Cannot recommend Jigsaw enough. Think there's a waiting list atm though, so you could be waiting a while.
