    Hello, 

    I was wondering if anyone could help me,


    I just received my maestro bank card and my pin code, i was just wondering if i want to receive EMA(Education Maintenance Allowance)  do i have to provide the EMA people sorry don't know what to name them with my Account number or my Credit card number? And how will the card be activated will it activate it self as soon as the money comes or do i have to do anything?

    Thank you for contacting us on Boards. 

    A Maestro card is a debit card and you need to activate this at an ATM. 

    In relation to receiving your Education Maintenance Allowance, you will need to contact EMA directly. Generally bank account details are needed for this, but they will be able to clarify for you what specific details are needed.
