Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

NBCSN saying Moyes said he'll play a mixture of Carrick and Fell at CB with Jones. Take turns to give Carroll a kicking :pac:

10 minutes before kick off and no one really knows what our CB pairing will be. The only way to tell will be at kick off.

Looking forward to seeing our front 4. With RVP out for a few weeks, its important that Mata plays the #10 role behind Rooney.

I'd rather Kagawa in the 10 role in anticipation of Bayern.

Very odd, only Evra on the bench from a defenders pov.

    Just noticed that.

weird or am I missing something?

That is just a recipe for disaster. How can you interchange a CB and a CM?

Whats the odds on Carroll anytime scorer. .can see him having some luck here.

You know the way Pep sometimes plays Javi Martinez at CB

Well this is Moyes' take on it, the man is a master tactician

It'll all depend on who can handle Carroll better I guess if Carrick can't Fell will try if he can't then well, we are screwed.

He probably just means Fellaini sitting deeper than Fletch and dropping in the back when needed.

Goalie completely lost his bearings there. He should have been able to collect that easily enough but he turned himself inside out.

The keeper just ran around like a fool there, completely lost sight of it. WP Rooney

Rafael needs to shut his gob for a change.

I love how people use the "look at him celebrating" thing trying to be smart, while choosing to completely ignore the context of that criticism originally...

Was in his own half IIRC.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,377 ✭✭✭Smithwicks Man

Rafael really seems to struggle when a player comes running one-on-one at him. Could never understand the mad hype about him at all.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,071 ✭✭✭Milkers

Sensational from Rooney but wtf was the goalie at

Good luck with that. He didn't have a hope in getting back to where the ball was landing without turning around and going gung ho. Took a risk because he wasn't gonna save it normally. Unbelievable strike.

Yep, and the keeper didn't run in the wrong direction.

Going to be a high scoring game methinks....

Brilliant goal. West Ham have looked well dodgy at the back.

Still expect them to come back and win.

Lol at the Rafael booking. Ridiculous.
