Several years later... I was just trying to gather some history/information on Braithwaite House and noticed this discussion, and thought I'd sign up and add my tuppence worth... and perhaps get some information from someone on Braithwaite house.. why it's listed as a protected structure? who owns it? what is the significance of it?... and so on..
Anyway... my tuppence worth is... I'm a blow in Dub, lived in Sallins for 11 yrs... love the locals.. love the feel of it.. yeah it's a bit fragmented.. but it has huge potential.... I believe it will come into it's own in time. have Faith
