Best affordable Toning up and weight training in galway

    My husband is looking for somewhere in galway that just does or can specialise in toning up , and strength building . we have checked some places but the prices were crazy like €450 to €600 for 3 months , any suggestions would be appreciated please . the more personal training ones the better thanks.

    Where quoted you 600 for 3 months?

    For strength training/toning up, he just needs a gym with a decent free weights section and a bit of motivation.
    I can't recommend a gym in Galway but shouldn't cost anything close to the prices above. The motivation can be hard to get your hands on, but luckily it's free

    answer to your question ring around the gyms yourself and find out yourself
    and didnt ask for your smart comments either . are you a bored troll or bored husband or just frustrated in life , one of these people that hates their job , and is probably hated by all that know you. You right motivation is free , but technique and know how is not . but then you could not rate any gym in galway so you more than likely are a fat arse who just trolls the net , so well done thanks for the response and make sure to tell your workmates and buddies in the pub about this just so you can rub your ego.

    Come back and read my post in a week when you are in better form.
    It was genuine advice. I can't rate a gym in galway because like most people, I don't live there. I very much doubt anybody will bother to help you further with that attitude.
    Good luck to your husband in finding a good gym.
