Cost of getting a site ready pre building?

Hi Guys, I'm looking at a half acre site as a long term project for a new family home circa 2000sqf. I'm looking to fine out what it would cost to bring services to the site, electricy, septic tank/ sewage, gas. The site is in Dublin/wicklow mountains and is a quiet narrow country lane with residential homes.

Electricity is €1851 for 12kva and €2400 for 16 and I think if you need more than 3 poles you pay extra for those. Sewage treatment depends on the ground on the site ... Percolation test needed to determine what system you need.
