Protest at Shelbourne Hotel

There was some kind of protest outside the Shelbourne this afternoon with about 5-6 guys holding banners and making alot of noise. There were Guards on the scene but there doesn't seem to have been any hassle. Does anyone know what it was all about?

There was two merc's with logos for the United Nations Broadband Commission parked up there between the patrol car and the protesters. Guess it was something around that meeting.
