    Hi,
    I made a SEPA transaction that i need to reverse.
    How do i go about this?

    Thanks for your post.

    If you have made a SEPA transfer on 365 Online and confirmed the details with your 365 PIN it is not possible to reverse or stop it. In this instance, you would need to contact the payee and request they transfer the funds back to your account.

    If your query relates to a different type of SEPA transaction, please let us know and we can check if it is possible to reverse it.
