    Hi Stargazing, I don't think you're being deliberately ignored here, but I'm guessing that people can be reluctant to give recommendations with such a significant purchase. If you are stuck and still looking, I could make a couple of professional recommendations by PM.

    I'd def recommend that you consider getting a full structural survey if the house was built in recent times and ask around about the property and the builder.
