    It depends. If your teacher is the type of person ignores national examination deadlines and sees no conflict between that and being a CSPE teacher and teaching about rights and responsibilities, then they are probably also the sort of person will falsify a signed statement to the SEC stating that your projects were completed on time.

    What were they doing with you all year when students in the rest of the country were doing their projects? Do they think it would be OK if a school near to yours got extra time in their written exams?

    A disgrace. No wonder some people don't take the subject seriously if this is what some teachers are doing. I would LOVE you to show this post to the teacher.

    tl;dr Probable answer: Your teacher will lie and sign a form saying your projects were finished on time.

    Maybe your teacher got an extension for the due date. Extensions are valid if people are unable to finish before the due date because of absent teacher/students etc. Otherwise, your teacher should NOT be doing that
