    I've come to the conclusion that cough syrup is neither effective or nice. 4 weeks and its only subsiding now and 3 bottles had zero impact

    I had a small bottle of exputex yesterday which did the job for the day, started coming back this evening so it's bronchostop today. there's some sweet thyme and marshmallow flavouring in it. having loads of tea and honey also

    I am struck down with a bad cold and a temperature I have to say the one good thing about the drowsy benylin is it knocks me out for a few hours, but don't find it good for my cough/nose.

    (also I quite like the taste :eek::o)

    Have not trained since Friday and won't see a gym till Weds at least I'd say - ye guys are so hardcore, though part of me feels sweating it out might help.

    Ah no, one of the benylins is definitely worse :D

    Had to stop last week, chest cold got the better of me.
    not 100% yet so i was told repeat week 1 and drop the weight if i needed to.

    As in a DL from the floor and then an RDL from the top as one rep?

    Chances are it’s the flyes. That’s why I’m doing my ultra light these days, more so for mobility than pumping the chest

    i'm not used to double overhand and didn't want load up on chalk again. i learned it ages ago for oly, it's solid for grip.
