    I love the way you call it jogging. It instantly makes me think of the 80s and sweatbands and lycra for some reason :D:D

    I am way too slow to be calling it running! To be honest it's c25k I'm doing again, just finished week 3 yesterday with a few extra runs at the end of it. I'm used to sprinting from the sports but not a sustained run and i have missed my running days a lot so decided to give it a go again and see if my knees will cope this time. So far so good and the actual intervals are easy enough but wanted to build it up slowly

    petition to replace block pulls with more leg extensions was mooted
    also was told to push the weight more on accessories even if just for set 1

    Drank a lot on Thursday. On an empty stomach. Suffice it to say there was no exercise done since and i will take it easy

    Attempted jog on treadmill but legs were like lead, got less than 10 mins in
    Waited til 9pm then out in the rain
    About 2.8km in 21 mins
    I really would like 35min or less 5k on the race day

    coach suggested i sprained my finger on purpose so i could just do leg extensions :p
    it's much better today, no tenderness on touching, and i can flex the hand and grip again. i'll do leg machines tomorrow then see where we are next tuesday. probs ok for squats and avoid rdls

    today:
    3km jog in 20-21 mins. then a 1-2min break then 1km in 6:06... including a break in the middle for me to huff and puff because 500m in 2:30 is very fast for me
    recovery after that 1km was very fast so i think i'm well able and just need to push it more

    no sign of your man getting off the leg press and i didn't want to talk to anyone so i left it

    jogging:
    did 1.5km on the treadmill at 9kph + 1 incline then get fed up and left it
    will try to get in a decent run tonight... running outside really is better
