suggestions on what platforms to use for a new counselling online service.

    hi could anyone advise/suggest what platforms I could use for an online counselling service when the client comes to visit the site. how can i keep their details secure. what would I need to do to work with them on my site securely. would they register first and then use a pssword to key in to the website. I have an idea but i don't know how to put it into practice. Any help would be great. Thanks
