    Hello Eircom,

    I am wondering if you can take a look at my line and see if a higher profile can be used?

    Current profile is very stable and reliable, however I'm just wondering if any more could be gotten out of this line.

    As this is efibre related I'm afraid the best advice I can offer you is to raise this query directly with eircoms broadband technical support team on 1890260260 or via webchat here:[font=Calibri","sans-serif]www.eircom.net/about/contact.

    I would be able to check normal adsl however efibre will require a tech support agent on the number above or webchat to look in to this for you.
