    Can a Customer Service Representative, at a BOI branch, print off a bank statement for a customer?

    Hi Emzy85,

    Thanks for contacting us on Boards.

    It is not possible to order an official statement in a branch, as these are managed from a central location. The statement printers in branch will only print out the last few transactions on your account and are not on headed bank statements. 

    You can order an up to date statement free of charge by calling Bank of Ireland 365 on 0818 365 365 / 00353 1 4044000 and selecting option 7 then option 1 on the self-service menu. If you need a duplicate statement, this will cost E3.80 for the first page and E2.50 for every additional page thereafter. Statements can take 5-7 working days to be sent out in the post. 

    Alternatively, if you have registered your mobile number for receiving security codes, you can register for eStatements online, these will then be available to you within minutes of your request.
