Despite being told by Bank of Ireland this is easy to follow, there are no instructions and agree with a previous user you cannot see your sepa accounts. Useless, all made more difficult so you have to phone them pay exhorbitant phone usage, wait for several useless messages, tell you they are online.

    Hi calamitykate,

Thanks for getting in touch and welcome to boards.

We're sorry to hear you've experienced some difficulties with navigating our website. Can I clarify, do you need to cancel a SEPA Direct Debit that is set up on your current account? If so, this can be done when logged onto 365 Online. If you select Online Service Desk and then from the drop down listing of query types, please select SEPA Direct Debit Services. This screen displays the service requests available and you can click the one required.

If you are not registered for 365 Online, the required form to cancel a SEPA Direct Debit can be downloaded here. There is also more information on SEPA available on that page.

We also have an online Help Centre which you may find useful and can help you to find the answer to our most frequently asked questions.

    Thanks
    Tara
