    You will be fine, just as long as you give up drinking, smoking, socialising with your friends and snoring. That was all I had to concede when I wanted to continue gaming after marriage.

    Is there an issue with Live tonight? Signed on on the 360 for the last few hours but went to turn on the One there and it's not connected :confused:

    It doesn't start 'till July 23rd so I guess they'll send beta codes for Xbox out day before or on the day

    Ah Basher, you need to be more cute you see pal. Much wants more and all that!! You cant have every console on the market and a gaming pc without the missus going bananas :D, if you let her spend some of the cash on the all kids clothes and food, I am sure she would be a bit more understandable :D;)

    I haven't been on here in a while, but saw elsewhere that people who bought digital games in other regions can no longer play the games, but get an error code. Is that true?

    I can play my games bought on US market no problem :confused:

    Appreciated. I'm an admin on an Xbox related group and a multiplat group on facebook. One of the admin is setting up a thing for Master Chief collection. We haven't decided what to do to win yet. Could be altered to be Master Chief collection or The Last of Us remastered, winners choice. Good to know the region free business is still in effect.

    Couldn't resist the X1 and Titanfall for 380 offer in Argos, especially with some of the games coming later in the year, cough Halo cough...

    Any tips for a new user, or any hidden digital gems?

    If you did want to get the kinect, you can pick it up in cex for 25 euro at the moment before they start raising the price on it. Change your region to the us if you plan on purchasing some games digitally as its far cheaper. Look into game sharing with someone who likes to buy digital games, I picked up the one recently and I am game sharing with one of the lads, we both like to but digital so its working out great, I got 7 or 8 games free off him when I got the Xbox, games like titanfall, ghosts, Fifa, etc all for nothing :-)

    Also, Max: The curse of brotherhood, super game and still free I think.

    Edit: check out deals with gold each week too, usually a very big price drop on a different game each week.

    So just finished my 1st blast of Titanfall and loved it. I don't play a massive amount of online gaming but I like that it seems to be a game where you can just drop in for a few games every so often and just have a blast, unlike some other games where you need to play religously or you'll get your ass handed to you, so that's perfect to me and exactly what I wanted.

    The giant mechs were a big draw for me I have to say (been a massive Transformers fan since I was about 2) and they feel great. The handling is much quicker than I expected, for lack of a better word. Way faster than your usual mechs.

    The controller is pretty good, I can see why it gets a lot of praise, although I've never had any problems with any controllers really. The 1 weird thing I've found is LB and RB take a bit of getting used to. It feels slightly awkard at times to press them, although I'm sure that will pass.

    All in all, really good 1st experience :).

    They wear in after a small amount of time as they feel stiff when you first use the controller. If your up for some Titanfall fun or looking for a few good lads to play with add myself GT is miju irl and also add failsafe 00 and you will come across most of the other regular boardies too.

    Don't let the PS v XB thread taint ya we're nice really :p:p:p:p:p:p:p
