Besides Butlers and Leonidas, does anyone know of any other
chocolate producers, preferably independent or in a weekend market?

    Cheers.

The Truffle Fairy which are based in Thomastown in Kilkenny sell every Sunday in Dun Laoghaire at the market. Their chocolates are fab!

+1 for the Truffle Fairy. And not just Truffles being sold either. I've treated myself to a bar of chocolate full of whole roasted hazelnuts before - delicious!
