1994 Swift Royale

Seriously considering buying a 94 royale.This will be my first CV and im excited! Any advise for first time buyer to maybe quiten the excited side of me and kick the sensible side in! Its got a DOE.Ive been told he will get insurance engineering report . It's got 66k on clock and should run at 20-30 mpg (is this good?)

3 simple rules .
1 . scour it for rust , and damp .
2. repeat step 1.
3. repeat step 2!

Check that you can get insurance cover. What engine has it is it under powered. Damp equals rotten van so check it over well. If you need to can you get parts cheaply.
