Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

That's a pretty unfair comment to make, and is insulting to a lot of people.

It's my sincerely held belief and I'm not apologising for it. Of course, it only applies to me and I wouldn't dream of applying it to others.

Would you listen to the madness of that lady.

Why are all the victims ladies, is Dusty a wife beater ?

On the plus side, I've just bitten into a Creme Egg. One half is the usual hollow bit with the goo inside, the other is solid chocolate. I'm not sure if this is a win or if I should feel cheated.

OMG they are my favourite and its definitely a win, best of both worlds - was it a special purchase or just a run of mill Crème egg

If there were stinging jellyfish in the water off Doolin Pier, I bet half of Ireland wouldn't be getting in for a paddle, they'd be finding some other beach to wet their tootsies on.

    Chaired by Ciarán Lynch?

They should call it the 'Lynch mob'.

    Seriously! Have you been listening?

You are the type of disengaged - dare I say, young? - person who could ask a
parent if her child still has Downs Syndrome!! :(

just for the record i[m not sure who asked the question "has your child still got....." but the hse card services have around 200 ordinary kids answering the phones and inputting data and mistakes are often made...

I suspect that it might have been a young person with very little life experirnce -
    an intern?

Most of these problems could be alleviated by higher taxes to fund health care programs. I'm sure the 'average Joe soap' would vote for that.

    It's all so depressingly irish.

Oh, hard luck, Joe. He's well and hearty after all.

    Jeez, this is unbelievable.
Even though it was a false alarm, the fecking eejit Duffbutt has to go and investigate the hypothetical occurence of the 'bad news'.

Dear oh dear.....how do the production team allow this.
It's a disgrace to think this program is publicly funded.
RTE ought to be ashamed of themselves.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 27,833 ✭✭✭✭ThisRegard

    is he dead?

Joe is recording it so he can play it back when the inevitable happens and he can put his feet up on the studio table while playing it back.

Just when you think this show can't get any worse.
