The PRTB are beyond useless! They leave you no choice but to do stuff like this. She could've evicted them illegally or else put a case to the PRTB, wait months suffering lost rent just for them to rule in the tenants favour because the landlord forgot to dot the "i" in the Notice of Termination.

She was dead right to do what she did.
