BoI electronic accounting is a joke. A couple of years ago, every payment in was duplicated and not rectified for four days or so. It would have been easy to be be caught out by that, if I wasn't paying attention.

Hmm, an insurance agent saying anyone travelling without travel insurance is "crazy". Conflict of interests much?
Having said that, I usually buy flights with my CC and I get some form of travel insurance thrown in with it.
