My highlight was Joe saying "24hour 7, 3 Sixty Five". He's always good for mucking up a fairly common turn of phrase. That and the fact that he said "arse"! If one of his callers said arse, he's lose the rag.

I think he gets a bit ratty in the hot weather, which is ridiculous, him sitting there in air-conditioned comfort.
