He's a vulgar little twirp, always has been. He only every appealed to a certain type of people but now for whatever reason seems to have gained mass popularity. There's nothing remotely funny or entertaining about him. I'm no prude but I just don't find vulgarity funny.

Personally I think BOC is a hack. Mrs. Browns Boys is exactly a rip-off of "When the Whistle Blows" which was the show that Gervais character created in his TV Show Extras. In Extras, When The Whistle Blows was critically panned by critics by its low-brow humour but was a critical success and watched by millions every week. Sounds familiar?
