Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hate when people scream "bankers" as an excuse for violent crime.

Remember before the bank collapse, they used to blame the "teachers".

Is Foxrock guy still hanging around?

Yes and what he fails to realise is that they'd rob him blind too given half the chance.

    "I'm sorry for delaying you"...

Duffy rushing the poor woman who took the time to ring in and wait half the day until he was ready to put her on air... It's not only the Travellers that bully the old people..

Only a reminder to all posters of the charter is in effect; especially these two tend to cause me additional work:
◦In particular, personal abuse towards those working in the radio industry (presenters, producers, etc.) OR those appearing as guests/callers on radio shows will not be tolerated. Yes, they have put themselves in a public position and should be open to criticism but we must insist that criticisms be directed toward the radio programme and their skills at producing that programme, not them personally and that those criticisms be made in a civil way (i.e.: not stooping to name calling or vulgarity).

•Nouns like "git", "asshole", "bore" will result in action as will vulgar language (or substitute words such as "cnut" or "pr1ck" used to get around the boards.ie vulgarity filters).

Sigh, Joe implying that there's be load of jobs because the president visited the UK. Come a few weeks ago he'll be using this as a stick to beat the gubberment asking where all the jobs are.

Just like the Queen's visit "helped us"?

Does Joe think that British people seeing Éamon Gilmore in a carriage with Prince Charles will help our businesses from not closing down?

This IS actually sad.... compare this to the Traveller chap yesterday "The state wont give me a free house, I've been waiting fourteen years for them to give me a house, it's discrimination, Joe".... Looking around the local towns it really wont be long before the only employment open to Irish people will be jobs as worker ants for Lidl / Aldi / Multinationals..
