Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

There won't be much time left for tailors at this rate.

I am going to organise a mass pi*s up at the 1916 celebrations, there will be urinating on statues, getting sick in the tri colour and shouting over the poetry.......the following day I will ring up liveline and tell Joe it's the way Larkin would have celebrated

They're not exactly free bets, you have to bet say £20 to be given a "free" bet of £20. Or am I missing out on free money somewhere?!!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,723 ✭✭✭An Claidheamh

    "Please bet responsibly."

That should make a difference. Clearly worked with the booze.

    Freebets/

Don't blame me when you're reduced to being a stand-in guest for Joe's "researchers" for a fiver

We still wouldn't know...he would be that drunk he wouldn't be able to speak

In the promo for this show Joe mentioned a Daily Mail columnist and the President's height.

    That's been binned then?

Presumably it was that <string of expletives deleted> Quentin Letts column. Anyone know if it featured in the Oirish Daily Mail?

You won't hear a word from his fellow journalists in the Irish version regarding that piece I'd say...

    Regrettably....

This is such a difficult situation for the pharmacist, they didn't bring her into the chemist, it is crawling with junkies around there you can't blame the chemist for all they knew it was a junkie chancing their arm. If they gave it to her and she wasnt ok they could have lost their license to practice (or been sued).
    Awful story for all concerned.

There would be a dash between "ill" and "mannered".
    Hope that helps.

I assume she now wants to sue someone?

Why did they not carry a pen themselves, why eat something in a buffet when you know there could be nuts or cross contamination. I know hindsight is wonderful but its an awful story. I've been on flights where they can't give out peanuts or ask you not to eat peanuts due to someone on board having an allergy.

SOS bracelet, they've been around for years.

Not sure it would help with a chemist that won't give out a pen though.
