Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I've just realised who Martin Nolan is!

The most galling judgments he's made refer to violent and sexual crimes.

It's often used in a legal context. Didn't hear the speaker on Joe so don't know what context they used it in though nothing would suprise me!

Ah, but you're forgetting Joe's Trinity education. He has to drop in the odd Latin phrase or two, just to show that he's edumacted ;)

Joe's feigh shock at the fact a convicted person being brought to jail has to wear handcuffs.

  • Banned (with Prison Access) Posts: 18,184 ✭✭✭✭Lapin

Between the courtcase, Garda time, legal fees, and potential prison costs the whole thing probably ended up costing the state more than €3k.

Some people pay good money for that.
I reckon everyone should try it - just for the feel of it.

I reckon the only person the regulator tipped off to say things were about to go tits up was his mate Bertie.

That's why he got out when he did.
