Any workshops coming up in the leinster area? Have had coaching before but have been away for lifting for around 8 months and im looking to brush up on my technique so i can start shifting respectable numbers again!! cheers for any info

Not sure if they are running workshops soon but check out east coast barbell and capital strength. If they aren't running workshops soon you could probably get a month's membership for about the same price.
