I have these dreams where I awake but can't move but see a figure in blurred vision. I scream at the top of my voice or try to kick or move but nothing happens. My voice sounds muffled. I wake up in a panic in bed after the blurred figure gets a hold of me. I can't awake any other way, it is getting to me, I have to go…

I wake up in a panic in bed after the blurred figure gets a hold of me. I can't awake any other way, it is getting to me, I have to go through the nightmare this way. This is a fairly common dream. Any thoughts?
