Oh look, an Asian dish on Pete's team - quelle surprise!

Seriously can he cook anything else at all? He's not been pushed to produce a classic dish the whole series. I'm close to calling shenanigans.

So where have they suddenly come up with all these techniques then? Foam, fake honecomb, seaweed spritz....

Have there been secret coacing sessions happening between episodes, eh?

"Sorry about the wait again folks"

Was the first course late as well?

Bit of a feckin disaster with that pigeon - madame wanted it rare, she nearly got it!

I missed the start - did they come up with the Menus themselves?/

Jesus imagine living with one of those and trying to serve eggs, chips and beans for dinner! (That's what I had tonight ) ☺

It was implied that they did.

I'm calling shenanigans on this whole half of the programme!

    It's a right set-up ok.

Why would you use a foam 'gadget' for the fisrt time at this stage??

    Desserts bore me.

And millefeuille is a nice idea in theory, but has to be the most impractical way of serving food, ever.

  • Registered Users Posts: 9,324 ✭✭✭keps

You are right HH - there is something surreal about the dishes being served up.

The dishes don't match the people we have been watching in earlier programmes

From laughing my socks off him at the start, I've got awfully fond of Hercule. Him and Emma are far and away my favourites.

This episode (specifically this challenge) is just ridiculous.

    Michael Keaton's doing well.

Pete/Paul did starters, the girls did mains, and the other two did desserts. Two of each, each.

    The whole thing was ridiculous.

    I don't believe a bit of it.

And nobody voted out after it? Bit of pointless showing off I think.
