Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

What's with all the quick fire questions.. I'd say Kasparov wants to bring out his old chess clock and put it on the desk between them..

"the granny who wants no strings sex at sixty"... Tubridy was almost embarrassed reading that in front of Kasparov...

he really was Russian the questions , wasn't he!

    A clip free interview.

    I think that's a sign of the Apocalypse :(

    nope there was one.....

Well, at least he allowed him to speak for a bit. (though he'd little choice, lol)

    Really quite amazing.

For a politically educated individual like tubbs, to not fully harvest this opportunity, really is unforgivable.

Imagine, well, almost any reasonable interviewer, and what they're approach.

I know it's a 'entertainment' show, but that's no excuse.

    tubbs. he's just...special.

That could've been a really good interview but was a wasted opportunity.

Not enough time allotted and too much interrupting/Tubridy having to stick to the cue cards.

That was a very Partridge-esque interview. The only thing missing was Tubs interrupting to tell us Roger Moore was now making his way up O'Connell Street.

I loved the line from Kasparov when Tubridy was referring to Hitler. "You got that from a history book, yeah"!

Really sums up Tubs, book smart dunce!

    Godwin's Law strikes again.
This is about the ONLY time I've seen a legitimate 'Godwin' moment.

'Listen to what's Putin is saying. To what he is actually saying.'

    nuff said.

OK, I know the clocks go forward on Sun night but I've decided that I'd prefer to lose an hour of the LLS rather than sun morning so I'm putting them forward now.

    Night everyone.

Was thinking the same thing, when Alan interviews gangster Terry Norton!

clip mirages are very common for LLS viewers, particularly after 11.45 Friday evening. Your dreams will be a fortitude of youtube classics tonight, I envisage

I thought maybe the Wolfe Tones would refuse to perform after Kasparov used the term British Isles.
