I'll save you the trouble and I'll delete my post.

I just happen to think it's in the consumer interest to know of unscrupulous practices in the industry.

Perhaps you could suggest an alternative forum to do so?

Names were removed as you were making allegations about a company. Your claims may well be true, but there was no evidence. Hence names removed.
