Have woken up this morning with a little hope that united can get a positive result tonight. No idea why. Bayern are an awesome team and we have just been down right awful this season.

Now after seeing our possible team line up, my last remaining hope I have had has vanished. Giggs is not the man needed for this game. We need to be full of energy on the field; chasing and closing down the bayern players as quickly as possible.

That team isn't much different from the team that we put out against Real Madrid last year at the same stage is it? RvP for Roo, Evra for Buttner. Cleverly for Fell was it?

People had the same reaction to Giggs v Olympiacos and he was arguably our best player.

EDIT: Just seeing Jones in for Raf I think played last year sorry. 4 Changes is a bit much but if anything they are more attacking minded than their counterparts barring Jones.

Don't think so. Team will give their all and want to prove everyone wrong for all the **** that's gone on this season.

If things go really bad, it will be down to Bayern producing something spectacular and our fans will applaud them. I don't think they will though, Bayern that is.

I'm happy enough with the centre back pairing but Rafael is the big loss. Vidic and Ferdinand might just have one last hurrah in them.
