Your ban was for 2 weeks from 19 March so still has some time to run. You need to log-out to view any forums you are banned from.

But on my infractions page it says the ban is expired, was due to expire on 29th March at 23:02

No, the infractions page says the infraction is expired. The ban still has a few days left.

Just to add to Spear's comments. You received a red card in the Soccer Forum on 19 March. That remains "unexpired" for 10 days (as does any such card on Boards). Under the Soccer Forum "totting-up" process that red card triggered a 2 week ban. You would be notified of the ban via PM (and indeed the 2 week ban was in this case mentioned by the mod in the message accompanying the red card), but it does not appear in your Profile "infractions" list (as it's a ban rather than infraction)
