Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

There's only one solution to this dilemma, Taidgh.

    Marriage.

Man up and take one for the team:P

We have had to stick with Moses for a season the least you can do is stick with her till Liverpool get rid him at the end of the season it will then be a bit of a win/win then.

Or am I reading too much into it.

There could be an increase in the number of matches banned for if the hearing didn't go in his favour.

Probaly happy to miss the four games coming up. Appeal and he might be out for more than just the one at the start of next season.

Everything I don't like is either woke or fascist - possibly both - pick one.

Ramires was never getting that ban overturned so if he contested it he would have got a bigger ban.

win this league or not, watching the team this season has been reward enough for staying with them through the dark days ie, the last 20 years!

    20 odd years! Fúck me.

  • Subscribers Posts: 32,855 ✭✭✭✭5starpool

The FA almost never overturn decisions on appeal, so it would almost certainly have been a 5 match ban if he appealed as it would have been frivolous in the extreme. He would have been able to play vs Liverpool, sure, but given that Matic is ineligible for the CL and Lampard is suspended, he wouldn't have played anyhow I reckon so appealing would have been really stupid.

Nobody mentioning the obvious that it's going to be Torres that will cost us the title for the last few years abuse that has been thrown at him for leaving.

Chelsea to win with a Torres goal in 89 minute.

    you know what?

i don't care if Ramires is banned.
i don't care if Faria gets banned.
i don't care if Mourinho gets banned.
i don't care that Terry is injured for this game.
i don't care that Cech is injured either.
i don't care that they had Champions League last week and now this week.
i don't care that the game being on Sunday doesn't suit Chelsea.
i don't care if Chelsea play the kids.
i don't care if they play the full team.
i don't care that Mourinho fúcked his team over by not buying a fully functioning striker in the summer or January.
i don't care that Utd have been shíte this year.
i don't care that Wenger's Arsenal collapsed as always.
i don't care that Aguero was injured for City so much this season.
i don't care that Yaya is injured for some vital games.
i don't care that we have had loads of penalties.
i don't care that we've been "lucky" that Suarez has stayed injury free.
i don't care that Skrtel gets away with rugby tackles in the box.
i don't care that we didn't have European football to contend with this season.
i don't care if it's a "weak league" this year.

i don't care for any lazy, sodding, fúcking moronic excuse anyone wants to give me for why Liverpool might be winning the League this year.

if we win it, it'll be fully deserved, and i'll do a special Premier League winning sized no-pants dance well into the night in celebration.

My missus has been away in England for the last 5 weeks and Liverpool have not been beaten since she left.
She is coming back tomorrow and my foot is feeling better. Going to throw 100 euro on Chelsea to win at the weekend along with Moyes to become the next Newcastle manager - for the laugh like - the odds were 1750/1.
Could have got even better if I had went with Mourihno turning into a lemon.

This season is probably the most competitve the league has been in years. Not too many times have three teams being going down to the wire. So if Liverpool win this season surely its a greater achievement than previous years when there was less competition !

Whatever second string starting 11 Chelsea put out will probably have cost more than our first team

the guardian had this yesterday, but it doesn't seem to have been picked up on here. To be fair to the guardian they're normally very conservative with their transfer reports, so I'd read it as close to the truth.

Really don't want him going to Utd. He's a fantastic player and one of the best wing backs in the league . 30m for a player who would they could get a decade plus out of will be money well spent.

I absolutely love him at Liverpool under BR style of football.
