    Horrendous for a young lad to be left apparently with such life limiting injuries. Really hope against hope he can recover some of his normal function to have some kind of quality of life, though the signs look dreadful.

    It is currently a PROGNOSIS, lets hope it remains that way and never turns into a Diagnosis. Theres hope for a better outcome yet. Keep fighting Alex (as I know you will).

    The Knights and the NRL have guaranteed him "a job for life" which I'm sure is reassuring for him, good on the team and the league for doing it. Reading through the article, it does also say he has regained some movement in his arms and had feeling in his legs.
