Does my new card use my old pin?

    I reported my card lost two weeks ago and have since received the new one but not the pin. Is it using my old pin?

    Thanks for contacting us here on Boards.

    Generally, you are asked if you would like a new PIN as well as a new card at the time of cancelling the old card. If you did ask for a PIN, this should arrive within two working days of the card.

    To clarify whether a new PIN is being sent out, please call Bank of Ireland 365 on 0818 365 365 and a representative will be happy to check this for you.
