Balance on Banking 365 not matching mobile app

    Is there a problem with the Banking 365 site?

    I noticed the balance I owe on my credit card is slightly different between the mobile app and what is displayed on the website.  The balance on the mobile app is correct, it's about 30 euro more than what is displayed on the balance on the website.

    Any idea why they are not in sync?

    The website and the App are operating normally and both should be displaying the same information. Can we ask you to call BOI365, on 0818 365 365, to have this looked into? A representative will have access to your account details and can investigate this in full.
