Heading to Oz end of the month and can't think of a good spot to have my going away party. I'll be having it on Saturday 18th of April. DOn't really fancy paying for a venue either

The Raven or the Roundy (upstairs function room). The latter definitely doesn't charge (as of last month anyway)

The Roundy has a private room upstairs - I thought it was a grand size, depends how many people you know I suppose! Plus it's free.

As i have advised before i think the Flying enterprise have a good function area,
Then again i imagine most of the larger bars would accommodate a crowd of 50.
Whats the age group and are you looking for food as well?

It was when you said you wanted something Free, the offer is great. But I've only had lunch out there & that's very good. Don't know what the night time seen is.

If it's a biggish group then I'd say avoid as they put you upstairs and there's no air con up there. Was at a few party's last year up there and it's either boiling hot or freezing cold!

the 50% off finger food will be easily recouped with the ridiculously expensive drinks, Dublin City Centre prices in the heart of little Douglas Village.
There are better places to be honest.

It's expensive for beer in there at 9pm when you arrive! It's robbery by 1am with the prices rising every hour!!
