    A letter arrived from my bank in Monday's post telling me that it needed to verify my new address. The letter actually got delivered to my new address and last week a statement from the bank also got delivered to the same address. The person responsible for data informed me that I need to send them two utility bills showing my name and new address within 15 days. So, today I posted a letter to the bank explaining that I do not get bills in the post as my utilities are included in my rent. I am wondering what the bank will make of this.
